All lots are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a purchased lot, you may return the lot within 30 days and the lot selling price will become a credit applicable on a future purchase. We do not refund any other costs associated with the sale of a lot.
New terms and conditions
Payment is expected within 3 days of auction/listing end. If payment is not received within 3 days, the items will be automatically re-listed unless you have an agreement with us.
Amounts due more than 21 days after the end of auction will be considered overdue. Overdue amounts will be charged 2% monthly interest calculated on a daily basis.
